In 2012, our lettings department expanded into new dedicated high street premises in Verwood and employed Richard Mylius as our new lettings manager.
With over 20 years of experience in the property industry and having grown up and lived in Verwood for most of his life, Richard was the ideal choice to manage our newly opened lettings office and join our already established lettings department and team.
Barbara Irving (one of our directors) continues to run the lettings department as she has done for over 20 years but now has Richard and Tee Warner working alongside her.
Our lettings service is tailored around our landlord client’s expectations and we focus on finding the right tenants to suit their property based on the type of tenant they are happy to consider.
