Irving & Sons is a family business. Founder Phil Irving, who has been involved the Verwood property market for over 35 years, is supported by his wife, Barbara, son Nolan and daughter Tamasin. Nolan (Director), Tamasin, Sarah Maybury and Chris Ollerenshaw form the Sales Team. At weekends they are assisted by Ruth Carter, who has been employed here since the office opened over 21 years ago. Director Barbara Irving and Helena Frick run the established Residential Lettings department.
The family have lived in Verwood since 1973. Each of the four children have been educated at the local schools and the family are proud to be an integral part of the community and Phil is President of the Verwood Community Centre.
Irving & Sons are dedicated to providing the highest standards of professionalism. Phil is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (F.N.A.E.A.) and member of the Institute of Legal Executives. He also serves on the National Executive Board of Team Association which is the largest branded network of estate agents in the U.K. and of which Irving & Sons have been members for nearly ten years.
Irving and Sons were also founder members of the Ombudsman Scheme of Independent Estate Agents.
