Coronavirus/Covid-19 Service Update

In the wake of the global coronavirus outbreak, Irving and Sons have modified the way we operate as we take responsible steps to ensure the ongoing safety of staff, clients and our wider community. However, this has not affected our ability to communicate with everyone who needs us.

We are committed to maintaining the services of which many clients rely and whilst our office is currently closed in line with Government advice, our staff and management are working remotely to ensure that our customers are able to be supported through this difficult time.

Over recent years we have invested heavily in technology to ensure that our clients always receive excellent service from us and we can now utilise the full extent of these communication solutions to ensure that we can continue to provide those excellent levels of service, even when our office doors are closed.

We are in unprecedented times and none of us could have predicted the impact that this would have on our everyday lives and as you stay at home saving lives, we are here as a responsible lettings managing agent to ensure that the safety of the rental properties that we manage are maintained, in accordance with Government guidelines and in consideration of the emergency restrictions currently in place.
