Our “Award Winning” lettings department is run by Hannah Irving who works alongside Jessica Ball and Tee Warner to ensure that our landlords receive a dedicated, efficient and highly professional property management service.
Our lettings service is tailored around our landlords preferred letings service which includes tenant find only and fully managed options however, as we aim to always exceed our clients expectations we are more than happy to bespoke our service on each occasion.
Our primary aim is to always select the right tenants to suit each property and our comprehensive referring service ensures that all applicants are professionally qualified and referenced before any tenancy is formally entered into.
We are a local family-run business and we will ensure that our management or tenant find only fees always remain competitive without compromising on our exceptional service levels. Whilst other agents have recently been taken advantage of the tenant fee ban by hiking up their fees to their landlords, Irving and Sons decided to support our landlords through this new legislation by not increasing existing management fees.
We are uniquely positioned as the only letting agent who is actually based in Verwood and our experienced team also all live in the Town.
