British Property Award Winners 2021 -

Irving and Sons have retained the award for the Best Agent in Verwood for the third successive year that judging has taken place in the area.

In May 2021, Irving and Sons claimed the top prize for the Verwood area at the 2021 British Property Awards. This years award means that Irving and Sons have now won and retained the award in every year that judging has taken place. Irving and Sons are now shortlisted for the Dorset & South West regional award (which they won in 2017) and also the national awards.

The British Property Awards are the property industry’s most inclusive and prestigious annual awards and are awarded on a local, regional and national basis to the very best estate agents in recognition of outstanding customer service and estate agency practices.

THE BRITISH PROPERTY AWARDS do not charge to enter which enables their awards to be structured in a manner that ensures maximum participation.

The British Property Awards team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums, scenarios and judging periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.
